imaginoception provides real-time SMS alerts to chatbot owners. When a visitor on your website requests to speak with a human, we send an SMS alert to your configured mobile number with a link to join the chat.
Message frequency varies based on how often your end-users request assistance. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
